A persistent, committed and creative Australian surfer named Brian Smith was convinced in 1978 that UGG® Australia boots had a place in the United States market. He set out determined to find it. Luckily, it didn't take him long to realize that the UGG® boots would fit the same feet in the States as they do in Australia - surfer's feet. In fact, he soon discovered there was already a core group of surfers who had brought UGGs back from Australia to share with their American surfing "mates."

In 1995, Deckers Outdoor Corporation acquired UGG® Australia. By 1998, the product line had grown to include two boots, four slippers and a few casuals. It was in 1998 that the UGG® Australia brand first stepped up alongside the world's finest luxury footwear brands. UGG® Australia was named Footwear News' "Brand of the Year" in 2003, and that's when sheepskin boots started popping up on runways in Milan, Paris and New York.

Now UGG® footwear is sold from LA to New York to London and all points in between. The line has grown beyond boots to include UGG® slippers, shoes, clogs, sandals and all-weather products made of the same fine Australian sheepskin, plus leather and rubber.

For Return: If you want to return your items, please notify us by email stating the reason for the return within 10 days of receipt. Please contact us at first to obtain the return address. The postage cost is not reimbursed. The refund will be reimbursed to your credit card account within 10 days after we receiving the returns. The 15 GBP shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount, so please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order. Please send back the returns by insured airmail; we will not be responsible for any loss and damage of return shipments. For Exchange: Exchanges are only allowed for the items which are defective or damaged upon receipt or the items do not fit. Exchanges should pay 24 GBP of total shipping. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery and the customer is responsible for all the shipping charges caused by the whole exchange process.
